The Center reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice.

The Center offers accredited training programs in technical and vocational fields.

Course content, schedules, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

The Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses with full refund to enrolled trainees.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

The Center may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payment must be completed before course enrollment is confirmed.

Accepted payment methods include Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay.

All prices include 15% VAT as per Saudi tax regulations.

Enterprise and group pricing is available upon request.

Full refund is available up to 7 days before the course start date.

A 25% administrative fee applies for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course.

No refund is available after the course has started.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

The Center is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Course materials are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.

The Center is not responsible for third-party content or services linked from the platform.

Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law and applicable TVTC regulations.

The Arabic version of these terms shall prevail in case of any discrepancy with translations.
